Dollar values are for the amount added to your cart and are not based on the final dollar amount spent. For example, a cart total of $1000 would have a discount of 50%, making your final total just $500.

All orders must have a final cart value of $50 prior to discounts, shipping, and all applicable taxes or fees. Orders submitted under $50 are subject to cancellation with a 3% processing fee.
Shipping & Processing
Orders shipped via out flat-rate option typically ship within 2-4 business days from Austin, Texas. New accounts are reviewed prior to shipment and may be delayed if all company information was not submitted. Orders are processed and charged at the time of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your items are shipped. You can also access your order status and info at any time by logging in to your Sparklepop Wholesale account.
Flat rate shipping is $6.50 and is sent via standard USPS shipping. We ship out of Austin, TX. USPS typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available.
Am I eligible for a wholesale account?
While immediate access is allowed for ease of ordering, all orders and companies are review prior to fulfillment and shipping. New accounts are reviewed by our staff to ensure they are legitimate companies that also reflect the quality and customer experience Sparklepop fans expect.
For seamless processing, please ensure your new account includes your shop's address and FEIN #. If we are unable to verify your company, your order may be delayed until certain documents are provided.
What is your average recommended markup?
Our wholesale prices average a markup of 2.4-3.5 depending on your location and clientele. You can visit Sparklepop.com to see example retail pricing.
Do you offer images for my website or Instagram accounts?
Yes! You can download photos, signage, and pre-made social media shots from here. You're also welcome to use any images from our website.
Our customers are allergic to certain jewelries and metals.
All of our jewelry is nickel & lead free, the two materials most common for jewelry allergies. We also use a double-layer of an invisible coating to help preserve color longer as well as help protect sensitive skin.
As with all jewelry and allergies, if irritation occurs, remove jewelry and discontinue use immediately.
Any applicable warnings are the responsibility of the re-seller.
Damaged items will be replaced and must be reported within 7 calendar days from the delivery date provided by the carrier. In the event that the damaged item is out of stock, you'll be issued a refund, or you can select a replacement item of equal or greater value.
To submit a damage replacement or refund, please email a photo of the item telling us what happened. This helps us file a report in our system and avoid the same issue reoccurring.
Due to abuse of the system, we now have a very strict return policy. Returns are accepted up to 7 calendar days from the delivery date provided by the carrier and will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns.
NOTE: Surprise box and final closeout items are not eligible for returns.
Can I sell Sparklepop items on 3rd party sites like Amazon and eBay?
No. You're welcome to sell on your own website - we encourage it! Selling on 3rd party sites, auction sites, liquidation sites, or any similar sites is not allowed and will result in immediate closure of the associated wholesale account.
We do this to protect our wholesale family and encourage shoppers to purchase from unique boutique websites at fair pricing.
